Common questions about traveling with us
Most nationalities can get a tourist visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport or land border crossings. You will need a passport valid for at least 6 months, a passport photo, and the visa fee in cash (USD is accepted). We can share the latest fee schedule and requirements when you book.
Yes. All our treks are led by licensed, experienced guides who carry first-aid kits and are trained in altitude sickness recognition. We monitor weather and trail conditions closely and build acclimatization days into itineraries above 3,000m. Our guides carry satellite communication devices in remote areas for emergencies.
Most of our treks and tours run for solo travelers as well as groups — there is no minimum. Private/customized departures are available for any group size, and our fixed group departures let you join others to share costs.
We accept bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, and popular digital wallets. For most packages you can secure your booking with a partial deposit and pay the remaining balance before departure — ask us about the deposit option for your trip.
